Down payments are not refundable 
Cancellations from 3 days  prior to arrival the fully amount of the reservation will be charged by the provider of the accommodation

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to bookings made by you through this website.

(1) Making a reservation

On making a reservation, you shall pay a non-refundable downpayment (being a fixed percentage -- USUALLY 15 to 25% -- of the total value of your reservation) together with a flat reservation fee Of € 20. You will be responsible to the accommodation  provider for payment of the balance upon arrival.

You must use a credit card or debit card to guarantee a reservation. By making a reservation with your credit card or debit card, you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 3 days  from your agreed arrival date  or that you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in date, you authorize the accommodation provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you , the total balance of the reservation

Any amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the accommodation provider directly.

In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the accommodation provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which the accommodation provider should be notified and which may require special facilities.

(2) When a reservation is confirmed

Gettigglobe.com will issue the booking confirmation on behalf of the accommodation provider for each reservation.

Gettinglobbe.com strongly recommends you check and confirm with the travel accommodation provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the accommodation provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation.

(3) Cancellations

Gettingglobe.com does not accept responsibility for cancellations by you or by accommodations provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made.

Gettingglobe.com shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.

In order to process a booking for you, we ask some information from you. This includes your name, nationality, your gender (or the gender of the group you are in), your phone number and email address. Also, since we confirm your booking while you are on the site, we require your credit or debit card details so we can guarantee your accommodation when you pay your dawnpayment.

We are required to send your information to the accommodation provider with which you booked provider knows who you are and when you will use its accommodation. We give your name, your nationality, your gender (or the gender of the group you are in), your phone number, your email address, your credit card details and of course, the details of your booking. The travel service provider requires this information to accept a confirmed booking from you. All travel service providers on whose behalf we facilitate bookings have agreed to the Gettingglobe.com terms and conditions and accept this privacy policy.
