- Where do I collect the keys?
    The property provider will do the check in and give you the keys.

- When do I pay the balance of the reservation?
    Payment has to be done cash upon arrival

- Are there any addional costs?
    No all the costs are included in the amount of the reservation.

- Do I have to leave a security deposit?
    If  a security deposit is required, will be specified on each accommodation.

 - What is the check-in time?
     The check in time is 13:00 p.m, however changes this can be discuss with the accommodation provider.

 - What is the check-Out time?
    The check-out time is 11:00 a.m, however this changes can be dicuss with theaccommodation provider.

- Can I make a reservation for only for one person?
    No, the minimum reservation is for 2 people

 - Are the apartments cleaned?
    The accommodation is cleaned before your check-in, bookings longer than 7 day the apartment will be cleaned once a week.

- Who do I contact in case something goes wrong during my stay?
    You should contact the accommodation provider.

- Can I make a reservation for less than 3 nights?
    No the minimum stay is always 3 nights

- Can I cancel my reservation?
